US Stock IPO Subscription
Generally, retail customers do not have access to US IPO subscriptions. You must complete PI certification before you can subscribe for US IPOs.

For PI certification, you must upload proof of assets dated within the past three months. The supporting document must include:
Customer name
Assets with a value equivalent to HKD 8 million or above
A date within the past three months
What are the eligible assets?
Cash , Bank Deposit , Securities.
The following items are considered as your eligible assets :
- Your own account
- Joint account with spouse and children
- The proportion of investment portfolio in the joint account with people other than spouses or children
- A corporation, whose sole business is to hold investments and which is wholly owned by you.
