Frequently Asked Questions & Important Notes regarding e‑DDA

What documents need to be uploaded for authorization?

When applying for e‑DDA authorization, the identification document you select and upload to uSmart within the APP must be identical to the document used when opening your account with the bank (e.g., Identity Card, Passport, etc.). If the document type or number does not match, the authorization will fail.

Troubleshooting failed depositsIf your deposit via e‑DDA fails, please check the following in sequence:

  1. Sufficient Balance: Ensure that the available balance in your bank account is enough to cover the deposit amount.
  2. Exceeding Limits: Check if your bank account has set a maximum limit for single or daily transfers, and whether the deposit amount exceeds such limit.

If the issue persists after checking the above two points, we recommend contacting your bank directly to inquire about the specific reason.
