How do I deposit funds into my account?
You can make deposits into your account through FPS, internet and phone banking, ATM, bank branch, cheque, telegraphic transfer or overseas telegraphic transfer.
Notice: After transferring funds to the Company's bank account, clients must submit a fund deposit request via the uSMART mobile application and upload valid proof of transfer. Failure to follow this prescribed procedure may result in delay or non-recognition of the deposit.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or expense arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified deposit information.
