What Underlying Assets Do Follow SMART Strategies Invest In?
The underlying assets of general strategies include stocks and ETFs. Certain strategies may also participate in initial public offerings (IPOs) of Hong Kong securities. In the future, we will launch strategies covering bonds, structured notes, and other over‑the‑counter (OTC) instruments.
Currently, strategies primarily invest in securities listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and US Stock Exchanges. In accordance with regulations of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, customers holding Mainland Chinese identity documents are temporarily restricted from investing in A‑shares. Specific investment instruments for each strategy are detailed on the respective strategy information page.
