東吳證券研報指出,黃酒迎品類價值迴歸機遇,年輕化亦加速突圍。會稽山歷史底蘊深厚,營收穩步上臺階。公司以高端化打開價格空間,以文化+潮流雙線傳播重塑品類價值,重構黃酒價值鏈,並通過渠道深耕與組織活力保障落地效率,短期看,依託強勢區域精耕、雙寡頭同步提價,重點產品多點式發力,公司將保持增長慣性。公司作爲三家上市黃酒企業唯一民營企業,擁有一定的體制優勢,機制也更加靈活。公司2024年初完成900萬股的回購,擬用於股權激勵或員工持股,我們認爲公司後續激勵有望推出。首次覆蓋,給予“增持”評級。
