招商銀行AH股齊升,2023年淨利增6.22%,擬提分紅比例至35%
招商銀行A股最高升近3%報32.25元,H股升5.67%報31.7港元。消息面上,招商銀行昨晚公佈業績顯示,2023年營收3391億元,同比下降1.64%;歸母淨利潤1466億元,同比增長6.22%;擬每股現金分紅1.972元。截至2023年12月31日,招商銀行普通股總股本252.20億股,以此計算合計擬派發現金紅利約497.34億元(含税)。2023年度招商銀行現金分紅比例為35.01%,較此前提升兩個百分點。
