股價大升超52%！飛南資源創業板上市，最新總市值146億元
9月21日，廣東飛南資源利用股份有限公司（以下簡稱“飛南資源”）登陸創業板，本次發行價格23.97元/股，發行市盈率為45.16倍，截至發稿時間，最新總市值約146億元。
飛南資源主要從事危險廢物處置業務及再生資源回收利用業務，是一家覆蓋“危險廢物收集、無害化處置、資源回收利用”的環保企業。
孫雁軍、何雪娟夫婦為公司控股股東及實際控制人，合計持有並通過一致行動人控制公司共計82.2337%的股份。
本次IPO擬募集的資金主要用於江西巴頓多金屬回收利用項目、補充營運資金。

報吿期內，飛南資源實現營業收入分別為48.28億元、78.99億元、87.67億元，淨利潤分別為 5.89億元、7.13億元、2.04億元，存在波動；報吿期各期，公司主營業務毛利率分別為 17.76%、12.73%、6.52%，逐年下降。

事實上，公司盈利主要來源於金屬購銷價差，由於公司銅金屬購銷存在時間差，若銅價在短期大幅下降，則可能導致購銷價差縮小、甚至倒掛，進而導致公司業績下滑。
市場銅價受國內外經濟政治環境、金融市場情況以及供需結構等變化的影響，存在波動。公司日常平衡銅金屬的銷售量和採購量的過程，已實現了部分銅價波動風險的管理，但仍然存在短期內採購、銷售銅金屬量不完全匹配的情形，因此，公司於 2020 年 8 月起使用期貨合約對超出或低於基本庫存的銅金屬進行補充管理。公司並未對所有庫存銅金屬進行價格風險管理，基本庫存中的銅金屬仍存在風險敞口。
截至招股説明書披露日，公司基本庫存銅金屬量為 2.4 萬噸。公司未對基本庫存進行價格風險管理，若短期內銅價大幅下跌，公司仍將面臨短期內經營業績下滑的風險。
截至報吿期期末，公司項目江西興南、江西巴頓、廣西飛南分別投入了 6.43 億元、15.04 億元、5.91 億元，截至招股説明書籤署日，江西興南已開始運營，江西巴頓、廣西飛南尚處於建設過程中，尚需資金持續投入。公司在建項目建成並投產後，資產規模及對應的折舊、攤銷將明顯增長；且公司在建項目建成後需要對相關機器設備進行調試，機器設備與原材料也存在磨合期，投產初期產能不能完全釋放。
江西興南於 2021 年 6 月開始試運行，報吿期內，江西興南的機器設備與原材料處於磨合階段，江西興南生產未到達預期狀態，產能未完全釋放，尚未產生規模效應，導致江西興南項目虧損。
此外，飛南資源生產耗用的能源主要為電力、天然氣等。報吿期各期，公司電力、天 然氣耗用金額佔營業成本的比例分別為1.41%、2.22%、3.03%。2021 年以來，受煤炭價格上升、國際形勢不穩定等因素影響，公司採購的電力、天然氣價格上升，對公司的盈利能力造成了一定影響。
