據報多家內銀回應證實鄭州二套房首付比例降至40%
對於有消息稱鄭州限購區內二套房貸款首付比例降至40%一事,據內地媒體向交通銀行(03328.HK)、招商銀行(03968.HK)、中原銀行(01216.HK)等銀行查詢時證實該消息屬實,指該調整在昨日(19日)開始,鄭州限購區內二套房貸款首付比例調整為最低40%的標準,至此新房和二手房首付比例一致。不過,亦有銀行指尚未收到相關通知,目前仍照舊執行首付比例60%的標準。(ta/W) ~
