廣汽集團(02238.HK)年度淨利同比增25.94%至75.11億元 擬10派1.7元
格隆匯3月31日丨廣汽集團(02238.HK)公佈年度業績，2021年度，公司銷售收入為人民幣756.76億元，同比增長19.82%；毛利為人民幣38.99億元，同比增長69.81%；歸屬於公司所有者利潤為人民幣75.11億元，同比增長25.94%；基本每股收益為人民幣0.73元，擬派末期息每股0.17元。全年研發投入超人民幣51億元。
銷售收入增加主要是國內經濟穩中向好，汽車行業產銷持續正增長，儘管下半年增速逐月放緩，集團自主品牌車型產品不斷豐富、銷量保持增長，特別是"埃安"新能源車銷量大幅增長等綜合所致。
公司經營情況分析
生產經營穩中有進，集團克服疫情反覆、芯片供應短缺、原材料價格上漲等各種困難，全年實現汽車產銷量分別為213.81萬輛和214.44萬輛，同比分別增長5.08%和4.92% ，產銷增速跑贏行業大勢，在國內的市場佔有率進一步提升至8.16%。
2021年集團乘用車產銷量分別為213.54萬輛和214.17萬輛，同比分別增長5.13%和4.97%。從車型類別看，MPV車型銷量大幅增長38.84% ，轎車和SUV銷量同比穩定增長3.44%和2.40%。新能源汽車產銷量繼續保持高速增長態勢，全年產銷量分別為14.47萬輛和14.29萬輛，同比分別增長88.68%和77.35%；節能汽車比例進一步提升，全年產銷量分別為29.65萬輛和29.88萬輛，同比分別增長36.84%和43.63%。
項目投資穩步推進。廣汽智聯新能源汽車產業園已落實投資人民幣304.6億元。自主品牌乘用車新能源汽車產能擴建項目二期(新增10萬輛╱年產能)已於2022年2月竣工並投產。廣汽豐田新能源車產能擴建項目一期(20萬輛╱年產能)、廣汽研究院化龍研發基地建設項目、時代廣汽動力電池建設項目一期、廣汽愛信變速箱項目、廣汽豐田發動機TNGA系列發動機建設項目、廣汽零部件(廣州)產業園建設項目等項目均已按期完工投產。廣汽豐田新能源車產能擴建項目二期、祺盛動力一工廠發動機三期生產線改造項目、南方(韶關)智能網聯新能源汽車試驗中心(一期)、廣州尼得科電驅動項目等項目穩步推進中。
自主品牌調整初見成效。廣汽乘用車堅持"高顏值+高科技+ PVA領先+差異化賣點"產品策略，本年度推出影豹、GS4 PLUS、第二代GS8、M6 Pro等全新或改款車型，全年累計總銷量達32.42萬輛，同比增長10.35%。其中，首款運動型轎車影豹上市後月均訂單超過1萬輛；M6與M8全年合共實現銷量11.46萬輛，同比增長高達55.89% ，M8連續28個月蟬聯中國豪華品牌MPV銷量冠軍。國際化事業紮實推進，聚焦「一帶一路」開拓核心市場，廣汽傳祺全年累計出口超2萬輛，同比增長超過70%。廣汽埃安投放AION Y、AION S Plus和AION VPlus三款新產品，進一步完善人民幣10-35萬元新能源汽車核心市場車型矩陣，全年累計總銷量達12.02萬輛，同比增長101.80%。AION S、AION Y、AIONV終端銷量均位居各自純電細分市場前列。
