港股收評:恆指重挫逾千點!恆生科技指數狂泄超11%創史上最大單日跌幅

3月14日,港股午後加速下跌,恆生科技指數大幅收跌11.03%盤中續創新低,創歷史最大單日跌幅,恆指跌4.97%重挫逾1000點。行業板塊近乎全挫,市場情緒降至冰點,拋售潮愈演愈烈。南下資金逆勢淨流入68.94億港元,大市成交額放大至2230億港元。

盤面上,大型科技股領銜大市走低,百度、攜程暴跌超17%,京東大跌近15%,快手跌近13%,騰訊、小米跌超8%;監管趨嚴,電子煙概念股大跌,思摩爾國際下挫超24%,國內疫情形勢嚴峻,餐飲股、航空股濠賭股齊跌,汽車股、電力股、內房股與物管股等熱門股紛紛重挫。

具體來看:

大型科技股領銜大市走低,百度、攜程暴跌超17%,京東大跌近15%,快手跌近13%,騰訊、小米跌超8%。

電子煙概念股集體下跌,華寶國際跌超10%,中煙香港跌9.88%,比亞迪電子跌8.43%,中國波頓跌6.38%。

消息面上,電子煙管理辦法正式落地(同時,電子煙國標進行二次徵求意見),較前稿核心變化在於禁售除煙草口味外的調味電子煙,以防止青少年及不吸煙者使用,並將於5月1日起執行。

餐飲股表現低迷,海倫司跌超24%,百勝中國跌超19%,海底撈跌近18%,九毛九跌超14%。

物管股全線下跌,旭輝永升服務、金茂服務跌超24%,融創服務跌超20%,華潤萬象生活跌超13%。

電力股集體下跌,華能國際電力跌超14%,中國電力跌超13%,華潤電力跌超12%,大唐發電跌超11%。

汽車股跌幅居前,小鵬汽車跌超22%,理想汽車跌近20%,蔚來跌超14%,長城汽車跌超11%,吉利汽車跌7.69%,廣汽集團跌5.59%。

乘聯會數據顯示,3月1-6日,乘用車零售22.3萬輛,同比下降13%,環比上週下降49%,較上月同期增長42%。乘用車批發23.9萬輛,同比下降21%,環比上週下降52%,較上月同期增長44%。今年3月第一週總體狹義乘用車市場零售達到日均3.7萬輛,同比下降13%,表現相對不強,相對2月一至二週均值增長42%。

體育用品板塊走低,滔搏跌超15%,特步國際跌超12%,安踏體育、李寧跌超11%。

南向資金方面,南下資金淨流入68.94億港元,其中港股通(滬)淨流入41.45億港元,港股通(深)淨流入27.49億港元。

展望後市,中金公司認為,監管與地緣政治不確定性在短期內可能繼續壓制市場表現,在塵埃落定前可能導致市場持續波動。另外,海外資金淨流出可能也會影響市場表現。隨着恆生指數降至2016年以來最低水平、恆生國企甚至回落至2008年水平,市場估值也降至多年低點。疊加更多穩增長政策有望出台,在當前水平進一步大幅悲觀可能也沒有必要。預計更多穩增長政策的出台,不僅將有助於吸引更多南向資金流入,而且也會提升市場整體風險偏好,尤其對港股和估值折價較多板塊而言,如金融、股息收益率較高的個股以及優質成長股。
