調查:亞太區女性擔任高管比例升至30%關鍵水平
致同會計師事務所對29個國家近5,000家中型企業進行有關女性在職場佔高管比例的全球調查。結果顯示,亞太區的性別多元差距有所收窄,女性擔任高管的比例在2022年達至30%的關鍵水平,相比之下,該比例於2021年爲28%,而在2018年只有23%。於2022年,所有國家均達至或超越代表改變決策程序所需的最低女性比例臨界點30%。
於全球範圍,女性擔任高管的比例從2021年的31%增加到2022年的32%。此趨勢可歸因於企業積極創造具包容性的工作空間,以及更重視提升員工歸屬感和參與度,併爲更多女性人才晉升爲高管提供機會。目前有95%的企業爲吸引及挽留人才,特意採取措施以提升員工包容性,比例較2021年的92%有所提高。不過,最少有一名女性擔任高管的企業比例在2022年仍停留在90%。
就部分職位而言,女性任職高管職位的數量於2022年持續上升,其中女性財務總監的比例按年上升1個百分點至37%,女性擔任市場總監比例則提升2個百分點至24%。擔任行政總裁/董事總經理、資訊總監及營運總監職位的女性比例在2021年已大幅上揚,2022年有關比例大致保持穩定。
女性擔任行政總裁/董事總經理的比例從26%下降到24%,保持大約四分之一水平,但仍然較2020年的五分之一(20%)爲高。從區域角度來看,亞太區女性擔任行政總裁/董事總經理職位的比例只有16%,落後於其他地區,而拉丁美洲此比例則達34%,領先其他地區。
致同(香港)會計師事務所副管理合夥人陳美寶表示,全球女性擔任高管的比例連續第二年超越臨界點,即超過促成重要改變所需達到的水平,惟目前不該自滿,若企業不持續並有條不紊地推動性別多元化,此進展或會停止甚至倒退。
