港股午評：三大指數走低，權重科技股走勢分化，有色板塊繼續上漲
格隆匯2月10日丨港股上午盤三大指數高開低走，未能延續昨日上漲行情。恆指跌0.48%，國指跌0.27%，恆生科技指數跌0.6%。南下資金半日淨流入15.51億港元，大市成交額為691億港元。
盤面上，昨日大漲的權重科技股走勢分化，阿里巴巴、百度繼續走高，騰訊、美團、京東皆下跌；抗疫概念股領跌市場，藥明系大跌，藥明康德跌8.5%，藥明生物跌超7%；昨日走高的電信股、鋰電股、汽車股、體育用品股齊跌。 另一方面，有色板塊繼續走強，黃金、銅、鋁等集體上揚，紫金礦業續升5.8%，教育股、豬肉概念股、內房股與物管股表現活躍。
內房股集體上漲 ，消息稱多地房貸利率出現鬆動。多地房貸利率就出現鬆動跡象。中國銀行等多家銀行的房貸客户經理表示，目前首套房貸利率為4.9%，二套房貸利率為5.2%，放款速度也比較正常。而在去年年底，深圳主流的首套房房貸利率為5.1%，二套房為5.6%。今年1月，貝殼研究院監測的103個重點城市主流首套房貸利率為5.56%，二套利率為5.84%，均較上月回落8個基點，1月平均放款週期為50天，較上月縮短7天。
有色板塊繼續走強，紫金礦業漲近6%。鋁銅價繼續上漲，倫鋁保持連日漲勢，進一步逼近2008年所創的歷史高位。倫銅漲近3%、四周來首度突破1萬美元關口。機構普遍認為，供應端擾動短期無法消除，鋁價漲勢有望持續。低庫存效應和需求回暖預期下，銅價有望隨着階段性貨幣政策預期落地重拾漲勢。
被美列入UVL，藥明生物(2269.HK)再度跌超7%，3日內累跌近30%。美商務部將藥明生物兩家子公司(無錫藥明生物技術股份和上海藥明生物技術)列入未經核實名單(UVL)，藥明生物2月8日當天盤中暴跌近23%後臨時停牌，2月9日復牌後再度收跌1%，今日跌勢繼續，3日內已累跌近30%。
保利協鑫能源漲超3%，啟動A股上市可行性研究。保利協鑫能源9日公佈，董事會啟動一項可行性研究，就公司在中國境內證券交易所上市的可能性進行討論和計劃，包括上市方式、時間及任何發售計劃。至今，尚未作出決定，及未向任何相關監管機構申請批准任何可能在中國境內證券交易所上市。
國資委實體洽購，中國油氣控股(0702.HK)暴漲超117%。中國油氣控股擬獲國資委實益擁有的中財誠發集團入股，入股後中財誠發集團擁有公司股份佔公司經擴大已發行股本超過30%，或觸發全面要約。
