《半日總結》恆指跌75點 恆大系受壓 中國平安揚逾7%

美股道指昨日(20日)創即市新高，收市升152點或0.4%。港股早市反覆。恆指高開5點，早段曾跌115點見26,020點，其後曾升93點見26,229點，半日跌75點或0.29%，報26,060點；國指升25點或0.27%，報9,301點；恆生科技指數跌45點或0.67%，報6,646點。大市半日成交總額766.86億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入11.95億及12.46億元人民幣。
合生創展(00754.HK)對恆大物業(06666.HK)全面要約交易並未進行，合生創展升5.1%報26元。恆大物業跌6.4%報4.79元。恆大系其他股票下滑。中國恆大(03333.HK)復牌跌10.9%報2.63元，恆大汽車(00708.HK)股價挫10.6%報3.13元，恆騰(00136.HK)跌3.1%。
副總理劉鶴指房地產市場合理資金需求正得到滿足，內房股急漲。融創(01918.HK)升8.7%，中海外(00688.HK)、世茂(00813.HK)、奧園(03883.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)各升6%至6.7%，中國金茂(00817.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各升4%至5%。內地物管股雅生活(03319.HK)及碧桂園服務(06098.HK)各升5.4%及4.8%。內險股亦造好，中國平安(02318.HK)升7.3%，新華保險(01336.HK)、太保(02601.HK)及國壽(02628.HK)各升2.4%至3.2%。
科技股方面，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.1%報509元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)跌1%報174元，小米(01810.HK)跌2.2%報22.3元。美團(03690.HK)及京東(09618.HK)各跌1.3%及0.6%，百度(09888.HK)跌1.4%。快手(01024.HK)升2.6%報96.3元，閱文(00772.HK)跌4.8%。手機相關股比亞迪電子(00285.HK)及鴻騰(06088.HK)各跌4.5%。
內需股向下，JS環球生活(01691.HK)挫10.4%。中國東方教育(00667.HK)、新東方在線(01797.HK)、希望教育(01765.HK)及睿見(06068.HK)各跌3.6%至4.8%。
中移動(00941.HK)首三季利潤按年增6.9%獲券商唱好，半日股價升0.9%報49.25元。金沙中國(01928.HK)第三季淨虧損4.23億美元，經調整物業EBITDA錄3,200萬美元，早市股價跌0.1%報17.8元。
其餘藍籌股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.8%報46.7元，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)各跌1.6%及1.5%，創科(00669.HK)跌2.6%。
