uSMART盈立智投8月9日消息，港股三大指數低開高走，截止發稿，恆指漲1.07%，報26464.39點，成交額超670億，國企指數漲1.11%，恆生科技指數漲0.4%，港股通淨流入13.86億。
建築材料股大漲，截止10:52，中國建材漲超5%，海螺水泥漲超4%，華潤水泥漲超3%，中國聯塑漲超1%。銀河證券指出，本週水泥價格開始上漲。多地區開工率提升，水泥市場需求迅速恢復，加上夏季限電及錯峯生產等原因，使水泥價格得到有力支撐，預計未來2-3個月，水泥價格繼續保持上漲趨勢，建議關注區域龍頭。
內房股漲幅居前，截止10:52，融創中國漲超6%，綠城中國、萬科企業漲超5%，新城發展、寶領地茶、中國恆大、碧桂園均漲超4%，世茂集團、華潤置地均漲超3%。
銀行股走強，截止10:52，招商銀行、郵儲銀行均漲超4%，交行、民生銀行、匯豐控股、渣打銀行均漲超2%，建行、工行、農行、中信銀行均漲超1%。
大型科技股低開高走，截止10:52，美團大漲超7%，成交額超31億，盤初曾跌超1%，網易、快手漲超4%，海爾智家漲3%，騰訊、阿裏健康漲超2%，此前北京海澱區人民檢察院對騰訊擬提起民事公益訴訟，目前微信視頻號已升級青少年模式；小米、b站、平安好醫生均漲超1%，百度、京東股價幾乎持平；阿裏跌服縮窄至2%，此前公佈“女員工被侵犯”處理決定，辭退涉嫌男員工永不錄用，兩高管引咎辭職。
芯片股受重挫，截止10:52，華虹半導體跌超7%，晶門半導體、中芯國際跌超4%。消息面上，央視發聲：“缺芯”不是“炒芯”理由。遏制價格違法行爲，維護市場價格秩序，監管層決不會手軟。
汽車股跟隨芯片股走弱，截止10:52，長城汽車跌超7%，小鵬跌超5%，比亞迪跌超4%，廣汽、吉利跌超2%。
個股方面，截止10:52，耐世特飆升逾27%，政策加碼有望推動美國電動車重拾高增長；同仁堂國藥大漲超11%，中期純利升17.9%至2.67億；南方錳業,再漲超13%，電解錳現貨價格商談區間已接近27000元/噸；維他奶國際跌超10%，預計中期股東應佔綜合財務業績同比較減少91%至107%。
