卓勝微(300782.SZ)：擬在無錫市濱湖區胡埭東區投建半導體產業化生產基地
格隆匯 11 月 29日丨卓勝微(300782.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年11月28日召開第二屆董事會第三次會議、第二屆監事會第三次會議，審議通過《關於擬對外投資簽署合作協議的議案》，同意公司與江蘇省無錫蠡園經濟開發區管理委員會簽署《戰略合作協議書》，在無錫市濱湖區胡埭東區投資建設半導體產業化生產基地。
該項目預計投資總金額8億元，董事會授權公司董事長及其授權人士簽署本次《戰略合作協議書》，並全權處理此次建設半導體產業化生產基地相關的所有事宜。
項目名稱：芯卓半導體產業化建設項目(以最終備案為準)；項目建設內容：建設SAW濾波器晶圓生產和射頻模組封裝測試生產線，及廠房的配套設施建設及軟硬件設備購置，開展關鍵技術和工藝的研發及產品的產業化生產。
項目用地：項目擬用地佔地約150畝(地塊位於：濱湖區劉閭路與洋溪河交叉口東南側)，土地用途為工業用地，土地使用權年限為50年。上述項目實際用地面積及位置以《國有建設用地使用權出讓合同》約定為準。
項目投資規模:項目總投資8億元人民幣。甲方給予乙方基金支持、產業支持、發展獎勵、建設獎勵、人才政策、爭取省市政策支持等一系列政策支持。
公司基於在射頻前端領域豐富的技術儲備、對需求的精準把握和穩定的客户資源，開展芯卓半導體產業化建設項目，針對射頻SAW濾波器芯片和射頻模組產品，導入射頻SAW濾波器工藝技術與製造設備，形成工藝技術能力和規模化量產能力，搶位射頻SAW射頻濾波器市場份額，實現射頻SAW濾波器芯片和模組的產業化目標。
通過建設晶圓製造和封裝測試生產線，項目建成後，將提升公司在射頻SAW濾波器領域的整體工藝技術能力和模組量產能力，實現射頻SAW濾波器芯片和射頻模組的全產業鏈佈局，提升公司的自主研發創新能力和市場競爭力，最終實現射頻SAW濾波器芯片和射頻模組的國產替代。
