渣打:明年起香港等9个市场率先推混合工作模式 目标2023年前覆盖率达90%
渣打银行公布,由2021年初开始,九个市场(包括英国、美国、香港、新加坡、阿联酋,以及在波兰、马来西亚、中国和印度的环球商业服务中心)的同事将可以正式申请灵活工作模式安排,其余阶段则会在2021年第四季和2022年中推出,第二和第三阶段所涉及的市场将有待落实。
该行称,早於新型冠状病毒疫情爆发之前,已在多个市场推出灵活工作安排政策,有意实行结合虚拟和实体办公室的混合工作模式,给予同事在工作形式和地点上更多灵活性。在收集员工意见的过程中,该行亦同时检视了整间银行的所有工种,包括同事可如何和在哪里进行这些工种的工作,以确定不同工种可容许的灵活性,结果发现有超过八成的工种均适合更多灵活安排。
明年初起,同事将可对工作的时间(包括工作的时数和日数)和地点有更多灵活选择;工作的地点可以是渣打的办公室、接近办公室的工作点或员工的家,集团正夥拍一个第三方夥伴,以提供额外的「近家」办公空间。该行预期大部分的员工会采用混合模式,即部分日子在办公室工作、部分日子则在家工作;若干数目的员工则会长期在家或在渣打办公室工作,一些员工则因职责所需未能在家工作。
参与第一阶段计划的市场占整个该行总员工数目约54%。在之後的阶段,该行目标在2021年年底前为至少70%员工及一半市场(即约6万名员工、30个市场)提供灵活工作模式选项,并在2023年前将计划覆盖率提升至90%,即55个市场中约7.5万名同事。
渣打集团(02888.HK)人力资源部总监Tanuj Kapilashrami称,过去一段时间,该行一直思考如何迎接未来的工作模式,最近所发生的事情更使该行加快步伐。该行明白各个市场的疫情发展有所不同,对工作模式的影响程度亦各有不同,因此该行专注聆听同事们的需要,并以数据为主导,审视切合不同职位的工作模式。
