8. uSMART Cash Voucher and NIVIDIA stock voucher will be distributed to the customer's Reward Center within 14 working days after meeting the specified conditions.
9. If the customer fails to redeem the reward voucher in the Reward Center within 60 days from receipt, the voucher will expire. The validity period of the relevant reward voucher can be found in the terms and conditions of the Reward
10. IPO Handling Fee Coupon only applicable for Hong Kong IPO Subcription via margin financing. Only if a declaration by the Company, the Fee coupon shall not be applicable to subscription principal, financing interest, stamp duty, transaction levy, trading fee, refund handling fee, nominee or third-party fees, or any other charges. Each Fee Coupon Voucher is valid for use only by the relevant account holder and shall not be transferable or redeemable for cash. Use of the Fee Coupon Voucher shall at all times be subject to the Company’s system arrangements, risk management policies and regulatory requirements, and shall not constitute or be construed as any guarantee that the Client will be able to successfully submit any application, obtain financing approval, complete any subscription, or be allotted any shares. In the relevant subscription application is cancelled, withdrawn, rejected, invalidated or otherwise not completed, whether the Fee Coupon Voucher shall be returned, reinstated or deemed as having been used shall be determined solely by reference to the Company’s system records and final decision, which shall be binding.
11. IPO Handling Fee Coupon Redemption Process:
Go to the "IPO Center" and successfully submit your IPO margin subscription -> Go to the "Rewards" and click "Use Now" on your IPO Handling Fee Coupon.
Upon successful use of the coupon, the handling fee will be handled on a "pay-first-refund-later" basis. The handling fee will be charged first, and the waived amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after the IPO subscription deadline. If the voucher value exceeds the actual handling fee, the maximum refund will be capped at the actual handling fee charged, and no excess amount will be credited or refunded.
Remarks:
- Each IPO margin subscription is limited to one IPO Handling Fee Coupon.
- If the client cancels the IPO margin subscription application, the used IPO Handling Fee Coupon will not be returned, reinstated or reissued.
12. Client requied to complete specific condition "Register via "iAM Smart" and complete online verification" to reedem HK$40 uSMART Reward Cash Voucher and will be distributed to the customer's Reward Center within 14 working days after meeting the specified conditions.
13. If new clients who do not select uSMART Reward Cash Voucher Package on or before the specified date, the Company will default assisgn "Total HK$300 uSMART Reward Voucher" to such customers.
14. Upon successful registration and completion of online witness authentication, a new client will receive x7 cash redemption vouchers from Welcome Package. These vouchers may be activated in the uSMART App – Rewards Center within 30 days after completion of online witness authentication, subject to the applicable voucher conditions. A total of 7 vouchers may be activated.
15. The client must fulfill the designated condition of “Activating the PRO account feature” and maintain such status continuously for 30 days in order to activate the HK$20 uSMART Reward Cash Voucher.
16. For designated condition of “Completing one monthly investment transaction in Hong Kong/U.S. stocks, monthly investment ETF transaction, or fixed-amount fund investment” only monthly and weekly plans will be counted, daily plans will not be counted.
17. If the same referred friend is sent the designated promotional link by more than one referrer, or receives multiple referral campaign links, the relevant campaign reward for the referrer shall be determined based on the invitation link used by the referred friend, and all such determinations shall be subject to the Company’s system records.
18. Both the referrer and the referred friend must hold a valid account with the Company in order to redeem the relevant rewards.
19. Regardless of whether the referrer holds multiple accounts with the Company, the Company shall treat such accounts as one account only and shall have the right to credit the above rewards to any one of such accounts.
20. The referrer will only be entitled to the relevant reward if the referred friend has never registered for an account with the Company in any capacity.
21. If the referred friend successfully registers through this promotion, he/she may not simultaneously participate in any other similar promotion event to receive referred friend rewards; however, this restriction shall not apply to the referrer.
22. In case of any dispute, uSMART Securities Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on the promotion and its decision shall be binding on the participants.
23. In the event of suspected fraud, violation of any regulations, or inappropriate behavior leading to the termination of the customer's account by the company, the company reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions to recover any prizes granted to the customer and pursue any legal liabilities or losses arising from the customer's actions.
