Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 9:00 am on December 6, 2023, to 6:00 pm on June 30, 2024.
2. This promotion is only available to customers who are Hong Kong residents or holders of overseas passports and 18 years old or above.
3. The event applies to new customers (a) and selected customers (b)(c):
   (a) New users who have not opened any trading accounts with uSMART Hong Kong in the past 6 months.
   (b) Registered customers who have never made a deposit.
   (c) Customers with a net asset value ≤0 for a consecutive 90-day period as of December 5, 2023.
   • Selected customers (c) will receive a special invitation ticket on the day of the event (December 6, 2023) and can confirm their status as selected customers in the "Me" -> "Rewards" section of the uSMART HK App.
4. This event applies to the subscription of all funds on the uSMART Securities platform, and customers can enjoy a 3% additional bonus amount for the first month (a promotional period of 30 days). The minimum investment amounts are US$1 and HK$1, respectively.
5. Customers must meet the specified risk tolerance level to be eligible for the subscription. Only the first fund subscription during the event period is eligible for the additional bonus amount, with a subscription limit of $1 million USD/person (or $7.8 million HKD/person).
6. Customers who subscribe to funds during the event period and hold them for at least 30 days without early redemption will qualify for the 3% additional bonus amount. After 30 days, the subscribed amount will no longer be eligible for the additional bonus amount.
7. The calculation of fund returns starts from the date of fund subscription and is based on 30 days.
8. The calculation of the additional bonus amount is as follows:
   1. Let T be the total amount subscribed by the user for a certain fund.
   2. The additional bonus amount S is calculated as S = T * 3% * 30/365 (rounded to the nearest whole number).
      For example, if a customer subscribes to a fund with a total amount of $1 million USD, the additional bonus amount they will receive is $1 million USD * 3% * 30/365 = $2,465 USD.
9. The additional bonus amount will be distributed to qualified customers, funds, and returns verified before February 9, 2024.
10. The fund returns in this event are based on the actual performance of the funds, while the additional bonus amount is provided by uSMART Securities.
11. uSMART Securities reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the above promotion, terms, and conditions without prior notice to customers. All matters will be subject to the interpretation of uSMART Securities. In case of any dispute, uSMART reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the event and such decision shall be binding on the participants.
12. uSMART Securities reserves the right to take any necessary legal action, including the recovery of rewards already deposited or paid and any legal liabilities or losses arising from fraudulent activities, violations of regulations, or inappropriate behavior by customers whose accounts have been terminated by the company.

14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
