 “Pleasant surprise for friendship” Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotional period: From 1 November 2021 18:00 to 30 November 2021 (inclusive of both dates).
2. This promotion is only available to customers who are Hong Kong residents or holders of overseas passports and 18 years old or above.
3. The first 125 friends (the “Friend”) who had completed the account registration and online certification successfully during promotion period, the Friend and the Sharer (the “Sharer”) can both receive 5 shares of ChinaAMC NASDAQ 100 ETF (03086.HK) or 100 shares of ChinaAMC NASDAQ-100 Index Daily (-2x) Inverse Product (07522.HK) stock redemption coupon. There is a quota of 250, first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
4. If a friend (the "Friend”) completed registration and online certification successfully via the “Friendship challenge, Surprises are waiting for you!” page which is shared by the Sharer during the promotional period, the Friend can receive 5 shares of ChinaAMC NASDAQ 100 ETF (03086.HK) or 100 shares of ChinaAMC NASDAQ-100 Index Daily (-2x) Inverse Product (07522.HK) stock redemption coupon (125 prizes for the Friend in total).
5. If a friend (the "Friend”) completed registration and online certification successfully, the Sharer can receive 5 shares of ChinaAMC NASDAQ 100 ETF (03086.HK) or 100 shares of ChinaAMC NASDAQ-100 Index Daily (-2x) Inverse Product (07522.HK) stock redemption coupon (125 prizes for the Sharer in total). If multiple sharers share a link to the same Friend or a Friend received links from multiple sharers, the relevant rewards will only be given to the corresponding sharer according to the registration link used by the Friend and is subject to the final discretion and records in uSMART’s system.
6. The Sharer can only receive the relevant rewards if their friends have never registered an account and completed the online certification at uSMART previously.
7. New customers need to register and choose their reward at the following link during promotion period (Only accept new customer registration. After the end of the promotion period, the reward will be distributed to customers’ reward center within 7 working days after verifying the first 125 pairs of friends and sharers according to the records in uSMART’s system. Please note that customers must complete the registration during promotion period to receive the reward, otherwise, customers shall be assumed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize.
8. The ETF may be defined as investment products with risk, the products are not suitable for inexperienced investors or people who are less risk-tolerant.
9. Customers are not allowed to trade any high-risk products if their risk tolerance levels do not match, but it will not affect the sale of products from the relevant rewards.
