《內房》深圳分區放寬限購 利率定價不再區分首、二套房
深圳市住房及建設局發通知,稱符合商品住房購買條件的居民家庭,在羅湖、寶安(不含新安街)、龍崗、龍華、坪山及光湖區購買商品住房不限套數,非深圳市戶籍居民家庭限購二套;在鹽田及大鵬新區購買商品住房,不再審覈購屋資格; 成年單身人士依住戶家庭執行商品住宅限購政策。該通知自上週六(6日)起施行。
同時,企事業單位可在深圳市範圍內購買商品住房,用於解決員工住房等需求。其中,在福田、南山及寶安區新安街道範圍內買房,需同時滿足設立年限滿一年、在深圳市累計繳納稅款金額達100萬元人民幣、員工人數10名及以上條件;在深圳其他區域購買商品住房,不再審覈購房資格。
此外,各銀行業金融機構根據深圳市市場利率定價自律機制要求和本機構經營狀況、客戶風險狀況等因素,在利率定價機制安排方面不再區分首套住房和二套住房,合理確定每筆商業性個人住房貸款的具體利率水平。(ta/w)
