強強聯合！深鐵集團、萬科集團與通力電梯簽署戰略協議，共創大灣區智慧城市建設新場景
8月29日，深鐵集團、萬科集團與通力電梯正式簽署戰略合作協議。據瞭解，三方已有多年的合作基礎。此前，通力電梯已是深圳地鐵新線建設電扶梯設備的主要供應商之一，爲其大量線路提供了電扶梯產品，同時通力電梯與萬科物業也已合作持續超過20年，歷經了中國房地產和物業管理的多個週期。
就在不久前的7月2日，深鐵集團、萬科集團與通力集團三方已攜手設立通力電梯大灣區智慧物流中心，同步配套電扶梯產品裝配中心與產品及解決方案展示中心。項目選址深圳地鐵車輛段倉庫，由萬科旗下萬緯物流爲通力電梯提供倉儲運營服務，物流中心聚焦智慧化物流、倉儲及運輸服務，展示中心則兼具企業與產品展示、行業交流功能，最終形成多功能電梯智慧樞紐。該項目計劃9月1日進入試運營階段。
而此次簽約後，深鐵、萬科、通力將從三方面進一步開展密切合作。首先，三方將合力打造智慧化物流運營管理體系，重塑供應鏈效能。未來，深鐵、萬科與通力將在深圳共同打造國際一流的電扶梯裝配中心、智慧物流中心與產品解決方案展示中心，建設具備國際領先設備工藝、高效倉儲運輸能力、行業交流功能的綜合智慧運營體系。萬科將發揮在物流管理運營上的成熟經驗，依託智能化物流系統與區域配送網絡，爲通力提供定製化倉儲運營服務，助力其優化大灣區供應鏈；深鐵集團也將依託軌道交通網絡優勢，爲輸送物資流轉提供高效支撐，共同打造成行業標杆。
與此同時，萬科與通力將進一步深化場景融合，爲客戶共創卓越體驗。通力電梯與萬科集團將進一步強化在住宅及商業領域的合作，拓展海外協同，在多個領域進一步擴大協同效應，包括：基於現有合作基礎，在住宅及商業領域新梯業務上推進更大規模合作；在數字化維保、更新改造業務方面，以議定形式深化合作，同步強化供應鏈協同，提升項目交付效率；通力電梯將依託原廠優勢與數字化技術，爲萬科提供定製化全生命週期解決方案，以高效高質服務提升客戶滿意度。更重要的是，三方將依託萬科海外房地產開發的項目資源與運營體系，結合通力的國際化電梯解決方案與全球服務網絡，攜手開拓海外市場，走向"一帶一路"沿線，力爭實現從本土服務到全球輸出的跨越。
深鐵與通力將驅動科技研發，共同定義未來交通。通力電梯與深鐵集團將發揮各自在場景運營、電梯技術研發和城市開發等方面的優勢，圍繞深鐵集團的客戶需求和實際問題，共同推進新型電梯研發、構建綠色電梯產業鏈。同時，雙方將合作開發軌道交通數字化更新改造方案，在新梯供應、數字化維保、老舊設備改造等全生命週期領域深化合作，爲市民提供更安全、高效、低碳的垂直交通體驗。
業內人士認爲，此次戰略合作不僅是三方優勢互補、攜手共進的戰略選擇，更是響應國家"新基建"和"雙碳"的戰略部署，落實深圳市"新質生產力"發展規劃，推動高端服務業與數字化製造業深度融合的具體實踐。三方以"技術主權構建+場景生態協同"爲模式，通過打通"研發-製造-運維-再生"全產業鏈閉環，打造從深圳樣板到共拓"一帶一路"市場新機遇，重新定義未來城市基礎設施的價值座標系，爲深圳、大灣區、乃至全球智慧城市建設提供可推廣的成功經驗。
