華興資本控股(01911.HK)半年度盈利大幅攀升，各業務板塊強勁復甦，現金流及財務狀況持續改善
格隆匯8月28日丨華興資本控股(01911.HK)公佈中期業績，2025年上半年，集團總收入和淨投資收益爲人民幣4.6億，同比增長27%。經營利潤和公司擁有人應佔利潤分別爲人民幣7,600萬和人民幣6,500萬，不僅扭轉去年虧損局面，更實現盈利大幅攀升。上半年取得的優異業績，爲集團達成全年盈利目標打下了穩固基礎。
2025年上半年，投資管理業務貢獻了集團總收入的52%。積極推動項目的有序退出依舊是目前投資管理業務的工作重心。在此期間，集團管理的基金項目退出金額總計人民幣13億元。隨着項目的持續退出，集團的基金投資回報比("DPI")進一步提升。截至目前，11支主基金中已經有5支基金，以及若幹支項目基金的DPI超過100%，並開始產生附帶權益。在報告期內，集團計入報表的總附帶權益爲人民幣1.5億元，淨附帶權益爲人民幣6,000萬元，超過了去年全年的附帶權益收入。截至報告期末，累計未實現總附帶權益爲人民幣19億元(對應淨附帶權益爲人民幣5億元)，預計也將爲未來的資管業務收入以及集團的業績提供持續支撐。
上半年，集團投行業務依舊穩健，上半年實現收入約人民幣7000萬，交易金額同比大幅增長74.6%。在私募股權融資及併購領域保持專業優勢，重點圍繞AI、具身智能和先進製造等領域，推動多項交易落地。
同時，華興證券總收入和淨投資收益爲人民幣1.3億，同比增長25%。戰略重點業務保持良好的增長態勢。截至2025年6月末，華興證券多多金APP累計註冊用戶數和累計開戶數量分別較2024年末增長26%和35%。2025年上半年零售經紀業務收入同比增長110%。
於2025年6月26日，公司董事會決議在穩固華興資本現有業務的同時，進軍Web3.0和加密貨幣資產領域，並批準總額爲1億美元的預算，在未來兩年期間用於集團發展Web3業務和投資加密貨幣資產。8月22日，與YZi Labs簽訂戰略合作備忘錄，推動Web3生態建設。
