盛業(06069.HK)上半年經調整淨利潤同比增加22.6%至2.04億元
格隆匯8月15日丨盛業(06069.HK)發佈公告，2025年上半年，在平臺化戰略下，集團深入實施“人工智能+”行動，持續推進AI Agent規模化、商業化應用，帶動了更多的平臺科技服務業務規模，以及得益於雙方股東大力支持和資源互補下公司聯營公司業績得到進一步提升。2025年上半年，實現淨利潤人民幣2.03億元，同比增加22.9%，經調整淨利潤同比增加22.6%至人民幣2.04億元。
盛業藉助AI Agent等前沿科技深度鏈接產業生態與數據，充分發揮“重交易、輕主體”的差異化風控模式優勢，幫助鏈上的中小微企業“找訂單、找資金”，並提供“多、快、好、省”的資金週轉撮合服務。平臺深度融合DeepSeek、通義千問、豆包等主流開源大模型，率先面向生態夥伴提供多元化的增值服務：於2025年6月30日，平臺累計客戶數量超19,100家，平臺爲客戶獲取訂單和資金週轉服務而累計處理的供應鏈資產規模約人民幣2,780億元，同比增長約14.4%及約28.7%；於2025年6月30日，中小微客戶數量佔比超97%，客戶留存率超80%，首貸戶數量佔比超30%。盛業通過平臺科技服務助力中小微企業客戶至少降低30%的融資成本；
在基建領域，平臺可通過多種方式自動化收集招採信息，並對海量數據進行清洗與整理，將其轉化爲可供分析的標準格式，涵蓋項目類型、規模、預算、技術要求等關鍵信息。同時，平臺根據供應商的業務領域、生產能力、資質等級、歷史中標等信息，爲其精準推送匹配度高的招採項目。此外，平臺還能爲供應商提供投標文件生成輔助、競爭態勢分析、報價策略建議等服務，助力其提升投標效率和中標率；截至2025年6月30日，集團依託AI技術爲客戶提供增值服務，其中通過AI Agent協助客戶獲取訂單，首次實現AI信息服務收入超40.0萬元。
盛易通雲平臺鏈接產業實體和金融機構，以自主研發的AI Agent爲樞紐，高效搭建產業端與資金端智能匹配橋樑，推動“輕資產”運營模式快速發展，截至2025年6月30日：平臺已與10多家世界500強企業建立戰略合作關係，累計鏈接資金合作方超180家，較去年同期增長超30.0%，已成爲金融機構做好“普惠金融”大文章的重要合作夥伴；平臺普惠撮合業務規模佔比約88.0%，同比增長約28.3%；平臺科技服務收入約人民幣2.106億元，同比增長約37.0%，佔總營收比重突破50.0%，成爲集團的主要增長動力。
