中國碳中和(01372.HK)：碳信用穩定幣協定Carbon Coin完成數據對接 二十萬噸碳信用成功上鍊
格隆匯7月25日丨中國碳中和(01372.HK)公告，集團旗下Future Marvel Limited的碳信用穩定幣("Carbon Coin")協定完成數據對接工作，併成功將二十萬噸碳信用實現上鍊。Carbon Coin協定爲公司在碳信用數位化領域的重要探索，其與相關係統的數據對接完成，爲碳信用的上鍊及後續管理、交易等環節提供了有力的技術支撐。"碳信用上鍊"是指將碳配額或自願覈準碳減排量，如Verified Carbon Standard(VCS)及Gold Standard等相關碳資產，通過區塊鏈技術進行數位化表徵和確權，實現全生命週期的透明化管理和高效流轉。
Carbon Coin協定經過前期的技術調試，已順利完成與碳信用相關數據源、交易平臺介面以及公鏈系統的全面數據對接。此次對接實現了碳信用數據的即時同步、資訊交互及校驗，確保了數據在流轉過程中的準確性與一致性，爲碳信用上鍊後的高效管理和交易奠定了堅實的數據基礎。
本公司今次上鍊的碳信用來自於生物質熱電聯產及其他可再生能源等碳減排VCS專案。此中採用了"綠信鏈(聯盟鏈)+公鏈"的雙鏈模式，具備去中心化、高安全性、不可篡改及全流程可追溯等特性。通過智能合約，實現碳信用的登記、確權及流轉管理。此等技術已正成爲全球碳市場升級的核心力量，主要體現在：
第一，提升數據可信度，防止數據篡改，確保排放數據和交易記錄真實可信。第二，提高交易效率，智慧合約自動執行配額分配和結算，交易週期由數週縮短至分鐘級。第三，創新金融模式，例如碳信用資產代幣化，增強其流動性；支援碳資產質押融資，助力綠色貸款。第四，強化監管協同，實現跨鏈數據互通及實時監管，推動從傳統的"事後覈查"提升爲"事中管控"，提高監管效率和合規水平。
