格隆匯7月24日丨中手遊(00302.HK)公告，集團正在加速推進一系列具里程碑意義的戰略舉措，包括加速推動《仙劍奇俠傳》頂級IP（知識產權）的RWA（現實世界資產）上鍊計劃、推出Web3聚合支付工具，以及自研自運營去中心化Web3電競遊戲平臺。
董事會認爲，RWA與穩定幣等關鍵領域的突破性進展，正強力推動Web3跨越概念鴻溝，邁向規模化商業應用，展現了其重塑資產價值與技術格局的巨大潛力。此次的戰略舉措，旨在把握住香港Web3政策帶來的歷史性機遇，通過Web3技術引領新的IP價值釋放和流通範式、完善Web3聚合支付體系及拓展全球化遊戲生態，爲集團開闢增長新曲線。
以下將闡述各項戰略舉措：一、加速推動《仙劍奇俠傳》頂級IP的RWA計劃，集團深耕《仙劍奇俠傳》IP運營，《仙劍奇俠傳》長期豐富的實體內容和商業活動已經體現出這個超級IP的商業價值，其三十年積累的整體品牌價值和巨大的粉絲基礎。集團將通過加速推動《仙劍奇俠傳》IP的RWA計劃，從而發掘出該IP新的無限活力和商業潛力。
二、推出Web3聚合支付工具，深度嵌入集團遊戲生態及海外業務場景。基於集團在遊戲發行領域的深厚積累，集團將計劃推出Web3聚合支付工具，用於聚合法幣、全球主流虛擬貨幣及穩定幣（其發行將受香港新法例監管）的支付。該Web3聚合支付工具將深度嵌入集團遊戲生態及海外業務場景，基於Web3技術優化跨境支付流程，縮短結算週期，降低結算成本，更好地支持集團及合作夥伴的海外業務發展。集團正積極與擬向香港金融管理局提交牌照申請的穩定幣發行人達成合作，將穩定幣作爲重要的支付貨幣形式接入，共同推動穩定幣打開在全球遊戲領域的應用場景。
三、計劃推出自研自運營的去中心化Web3電競遊戲平臺「KKFun Esports」，爲進一步加強集團海外業務發展及在Web3遊戲領域的佈局，集團已立項自研及自運營一款去中心化的Web3電競遊戲平臺「KKFun Esports」，該平臺預計將於2025年末至2026年初在海外市場正式上線。「KKFun Esports」定位爲Web3電競遊戲平臺，讓更多的用戶能夠以健康的方式加入到具有競技性、公平性、趣味性和安全性的新一代去中心化 Web3電子競技平臺。「KKFun Esports」將集成集團的Web3聚合支付工具，支持全球主流虛擬貨幣及穩定幣支付。
