美國衆議院通過加密貨幣法案
當地時間7月17日，美國國會衆議院以308票贊成、122票反對的結果通過了《指導與建立美國穩定幣國家創新法案》，旨在對加密貨幣監管進行重大立法改革。
此外，衆議院當日還以294票贊成、134票反對的結果通過了第二項範圍更廣的加密貨幣市場結構法案，旨在爲數字資產建立一個更廣泛、更有利於行業的監管框架。該法案將提交參議院審議。
特朗普將允許養老金投資加密貨幣、黃金
《金融時報》報道稱，據三位知情人士透露，美國總統特朗普正準備向規模達9萬億美元的美國退休金市場開放加密貨幣、黃金和私募股權投資，此舉將徹底改變美國人儲蓄資金的管理方式。特朗普最快將於本週簽署行政命令，允許401(k)計劃突破傳統股票和債券範疇，投資各類另類資產。
美聯儲理事沃勒呼籲7月降息
美聯儲理事克里斯託弗·沃勒週四闡述了他將在兩週內向央行同僚提出的觀點——現在降息，因爲勞動力市場比想象的要弱，而且高關稅帶來的通脹並不令人擔憂。“經濟仍在增長，但動能已明顯放緩，聯邦公開市場委員會（FOMC）就業任務面臨的風險已增加，”沃勒在紐約大學Money Marketeers論壇發表演講時表示。
外國投資者5月增持美債，加拿大購買激增
美國財政部公佈國際資本流動報告（TIC）顯示，5月外國投資者持有的美債總額爲9.05萬億美元，較4月增加324億美元，幾乎完全抵消了4月份的下降，使得總持有量達到歷史第二高水平。日本5月所持美國國債增加5億美元，爲連續第五個月增加，至1.135萬億美元。中國大陸5月所持美債減少9億美元，至7563億美元。加拿大在5月成爲美債的大買家，其整體美債持有量增加617億美元，達到4301億美元的歷史新高。
美國商務部對中國石墨負極材料徵收93.5%的反傾銷稅
據路透，美國商務部表示，將對從中國進口的陽極級石墨初步徵收93.5%的反傾銷稅。該材料是電動汽車電池的關鍵組成部分，美國商務部認定其在美售價低於公平市場價值。

據AIGC開放社區，OpenAI通過技術直播發布重磅產品ChatGPT Agent。ChatGPT Agent具備自主思考和行動的能力，能夠主動從其技能庫中選擇合適的工具，包括Operator、 Deep Research和ChatGPT來完成各種超複雜任務。
奈飛第二季度營收110.8億美元
奈飛第二季度營收110.8億美元，預估110.6億美元；第二季度每股收益7.19美元，預估7.08美元；第二季度自由現金流22.7億美元，預估21.7億美元。奈飛預計全年營收448億-452億美元，此前預計435億-445億美元。
臺積電二季度淨利潤暴增近61%
臺積電第二季度銷售額9337.9億元臺幣，同比增長39%；第二季度毛利率58.6％，前季58.8％，預估57.9％；第二季度淨利潤3983億元臺幣，同比增長61%，超出市場預期並創下歷史新高，主要得益於人工智能應用領域對半導體需求的激增。
亞馬遜AWS雲計算部門裁員
據CNBC，亞馬遜週四證實，正在裁減雲計算部門的部分員工。
亞馬遜發言人Brad Glasser表示：“在對我們組織架構、優先事項以及未來的工作重點進行了全面審查之後，我們做出了一個艱難的商業決定——在AWS的特定團隊中裁撤部分職位。我們並非輕率做出這一決定，我們也承諾會在員工過渡期間給予支持。”
