格隆匯7月18日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈,2025年4-6月,公司房地產業務無新開工,竣工面積0.62萬平方米,權益竣工面積0.62萬平方米。2025年1-6月,公司房地產業務無新開工;竣工面積0.62萬平方米,權益竣工面積0.62萬平方米。

2025年4-6月,公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積2.57萬平方米(均爲商品房項目銷售),同比增長1185.00%,實現權益合同銷售面積2.06萬平方米(均爲商品房項目銷售),同比增長1273.33%;實現合同銷售金額57,193.97萬元(均爲商品住宅、車位等項目銷售),同比增長543.40%,實現權益合同銷售金額45,915.02萬元(均爲商品住宅、車位等項目銷售),同比增長598.98%。

2025年1-6月,公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積6.85萬平方米(商品房項目4.21萬平方米、經濟適用房項目2.64萬平方米),同比增長2437.04%,實現權益合同銷售面積5.49萬平方米(商品房項目3.38萬平方米、經濟適用房項目2.11萬平方米),同比增長2789.47%;實現合同銷售金額102,124.14萬元(商品住宅、車位等項目92,122.86萬元,經濟適用房項目10,001.28萬元),同比增長729.83%,實現權益合同銷售額81,967.62萬元(商品住宅、車位等項目73,966.60萬元,經濟適用房項目8,001.02萬元),同比增長824.68%。

2025年6月末,公司出租房地產總面積11.70萬平方米(商業綜合體2.40萬平方米、商業辦公樓2.64萬平方米、工業廠房6.66萬平方米)。2025年4-6月,公司房地產業務取得租金總收入1,578.27萬元(商業綜合體183.03萬元、商業辦公樓709.92萬元、工業廠房685.32萬元)。2025年1-6月,公司房地產業務取得租金總收入3,195.55萬元(商業綜合體387.50萬元、商業辦公樓1,416.79萬元、工業廠房1,391.26萬元)。上述商業綜合體出租面積及金額的公司權益佔比均爲80%。
