金管局:無意設立傳聞中的壞帳銀行 香港銀行盈利良好
金管局發言人表示,無意設立傳聞中的壞帳銀行,據了解相關銀行亦沒有此計劃。此前有傳,在香港銀行的不良貸款增加下,香港部分大型銀行正初步討論成立一間壞帳銀行。
發言人稱,金管局一直要求銀行審慎管理信貸風險,整體而言,香港銀行資產負債表健康,信貸風險可控,撥備充足,銀行信貸撥備覆蓋率超過140%,盈利良好。因此,相關傳聞並沒有根據,無需要設立另一機構處理。
