格隆匯7月16日丨帝奧微(688381.SH)在互動平臺表示，2024年度實現營業收入5.26億元，同比增長37.98%。報告期內，公司繼續加大研發投入，全年研發投入達到2.09億元，同比增長42.93%，佔營業收入的39.78%。2025年一季度，公司營業收入1.53億元同比增長19.06%。今年來公司的營收不斷提升。 截止目前，公司已經推出多款可以彌補國內空白的產品，如：DIA74124國內首款車規級多路開關檢測接口產品; DIA2240系列具有-4至110V共模電壓範圍的電流監控運算放大器；DIA57100國內首款單晶圓用於汽車車身控制的15A H橋直流電機驅動；DIA58104/58108 4/8通道車規級預驅方案; DIA82664國內首款具有ASIL B功能安全等級、集成振盪器和EEPROM的汽車級16通道矩陣控制管理器等。在車規傳感領域，公司推出的DIA9701採用了高壓BCD技術的集成完整診斷與保護功能，爲輪速檢測提供了具備高靈敏度、溫度穩定性和綜合保護功能的創新解決方案；DIA9101是一組採用高壓BCD技術的斬波穩定霍爾效應傳感器芯片系列，爲磁傳感提供了具備高靈敏度、溫度穩定性和綜合保護功能的解決方案；DIA9301是一組採用BCD技術的斬波穩定型集成電流路徑的霍爾效應電流傳感器芯片系列，可實現車載充電機、DC/DC、PDU、PTC、EPS、充電樁、光伏儲能逆變器、變頻器、UPS&服務器高端電源、高壓電機相電流、商用空調等衆多應用在苛刻工況下的可靠電流檢測。 同時公司也推出的國內首款應用於I3C總線的集線器系列產品，針對DIMM模塊管理、多節點存儲系統、智能傳感器網絡等場景提供一站式解決方案。公司還針對高速光模塊推出了國內首款高精度大電流負載限流開關DIO76087；5V,1A/3A集成電感的超小尺寸模塊電源DPM6101和DPM6103，該方案在光模塊頭部客戶有序驗證中。與此同時，公司推出的1.5A-3A TEC控制器系列DIO8833，DIO8834和DIO8835，將助力光模塊實現精準的溫控。以及推出了業界首款超低漏電流（＜1nA）的2GHz超高速微弱信號採樣開關DIO3479。此外，光模塊專用模擬前端在開發佈局中，助力高速互聯，提供完整的光模塊模擬解決方案。
