新世界發展(00017.HK)夥拍帝國集團、資本策略地產(00497.HK)、麗新發展(00488.HK) 及港鐵(00066.HK)合作發展,黃竹坑站第5B期項目正式命名為「滶晨II」,並於今日(15日)正式上載售樓說明書。項目預計在本周開價,料下周開售。 新世界發展營業及市務部總監何家欣表示,滶晨II提供的戶型多元化,涉及378伙。當中,標準單位涵蓋一房至四房,當中,一房單位僅提供2伙,實用面積418呎;兩房涉及302伙,實用面積由496至591平方呎;三房佔36伙,實用面積由759至778平方呎;四房涉30伙,實用面積由1,158至1,294平方呎。項目亦設有8個特色單位,包括5個兩房+開放式廚房+平台單位,實用面積介乎402至458平方呎、2個兩房+平台單位,實用面積介乎459至460平方呎、及1個四房一套+工作間連洗手間+平台單位,實用面積為1,225平方呎。 何家欣指,滶晨II的三房及四房大宅將享私人升降機前廳。另外,項會繼續保持「雙線銷售」,即同時以招標及價單形式售樓。 對於正在推售的滶晨,她指,在過去22個截標日,已合共售出102伙,套現近40億元,最高呎價50,000 元,創項目售價新高,並創港島南岸標準分層單位連車位單一最高成交金額歷史新高。至於以價單形式發售的單位,累計已售出267伙,佔全數單位逾95%。
