大富科技(300134.SZ)：擬取得安徽雲塔不超過20%股權
格隆匯7月8日丨大富科技(300134.SZ)公佈，公司在保持傳統主營移動通信基站射頻產品領先優勢的同時，積極佈局射頻前端技術以及下一代移動通信基站射頻核心器件。公司擬通過現金增資及股權受讓的方式投資安徽雲塔電子科技有限公司（簡稱“安徽雲塔”“標的公司”“目標公司”），本次公司擬投資總額不超過人民幣1億元，交易完成後以期持有安徽雲塔不超過20%股權。本次對外投資資金來源爲自有資金及銀行併購貸款。
安徽雲塔是一家專注於射頻前端芯片及模組產品研發與銷售的高科技企業，總部位於安徽合肥高新區。安徽雲塔由留學歸國的資深技術專家牽頭創立，團隊構建了覆蓋芯片設計、工藝開發、測試認證的全流程研發和管理體系，團隊領軍人左成傑博士畢業於美國賓夕法尼亞大學電氣與系統工程系，曾任美國高通公司（SanDiego總部）射頻設計高級工程師、資深工程師，2018年入選安徽省戰略性新興產業技術領軍人才。設計團隊其他成員由來自中科大、西安交大等多所985、211院校的本碩博畢業生組成，在射頻濾波器研發和製造方面具備豐富的技術積累及強大的原創研發能力。安徽雲塔致力於推動射頻前端國產化進程，以自主創新技術打破國際巨頭壟斷，爲5G/6G通信、物聯網、車聯網等新興領域提供高性能國產射頻前端解決方案。基於領先的超高性能芯片式電磁濾波技術（SPD）和電磁與聲學結合的混合濾波技術（Hybrid），安徽雲塔目前三大系列產品分別爲3系列（SPD-E）、5系列（SPD-S）和混合系列（Hybrid），其中3系列和5系列爲電磁技術產品，主要用於對標以LTCC工藝爲代表的傳統電磁濾波器產品；混合系列爲安徽雲塔在全球範圍內首創的電磁與聲學相結合的新技術，全面解決下一階段所必需的“大帶寬與高抑制共存”的濾波場景，此類需求在高頻蜂窩制式和Wi-Fi制式下，已經被廣泛證實爲剛性需求。
