港股異動丨恒基地產重挫超11%,發行80億港元有擔保可換股債
恒基地產(0012.HK)盤初重挫超11%,至25.2港元,截至目前成交額放大至4.7億港元。消息面上,恒基地產公佈,發行本金總值80億港元、於2030年到期的港元有擔保可換股債券,債息年利率0.5%,初始換股價為36港元,較恒基地產週二收市價28.35港元溢價27%。較恒基地指,每份債券的面值將為200萬港元及其整數倍,估計發行債券的所得款項淨額約79.2億港元。假設債券按初始換股價悉數轉換,且並無發行其他股份及購回股份,可轉換約2.22億股,佔擴大後已發行股份約4.39%。
