長沙銀行(601577.SH):完成發行40億元科技創新債券
格隆匯7月4日丨長沙銀行(601577.SH)公佈,公司在全國銀行間債券市場成功發行了“長沙銀行股份有限公司2025年第一期科技創新債券”。
本期債券於2025年7月1日簿記建檔,並於2025年7月3日完成發行繳款,發行規模爲人民幣40億元,5年期固定利率,票面利率爲1.78%。
本期債券的募集資金將投向《金融“五篇大文章”總體統計制度(試行)》中規定的科技創新領域,包括髮放科技貸款、投資科技創新企業發行的債券,專項支持科技創新領域業務。
