榮獲ESG大獎，力勤資源(2245.HK)打造綠色生產力樣本
在全球氣候危機與資源約束加劇的背景下，ESG已從道德倡導升級爲企業的核心競爭力和生存法則。
彭博預計，2030年ESG投資規模將達到40萬億美元。ESG的本質是重構發展邏輯——企業需在環境底線、社會公正與透明治理的三角框架中尋求增長，這對資源密集型行業尤爲關鍵。
7月4日，力勤資源榮獲“格隆匯金格獎·ESG環境友好卓越企業”獎項。這份榮譽反映了力勤資源在ESG實踐層面的優秀表現，也突出了其可持續發展潛力。

與此同時，力勤資源2024年實現營收292.33億元，同比增長38.8%；實現歸母淨利潤17.73億元，同比增長68.7%。這印證了環保投入與經濟效益的協同增長。這種雙贏模式的背後，是企業將ESG深度融入運營基因的戰略選擇。
全方位的ESG實踐路徑
力勤資源旗下的HPL自2021年便在酸廠建立並運營餘熱回收系統，憑藉此係統將生產過程中產生的熱能捕獲，並將其輸送至他生產工藝或HPL其他設施中，進而減少公司日常生產運營對化石燃料的需求，降低碳排放。
通過技術革新，力勤資源既推動了節能減排的目標實現，也將環保投入轉化爲了成本費用的削減，乃至真金白銀的效益，這背後是循環經濟思維在發揮作用。
對於力勤資源而言，鎳渣不再是無用廢料，通過資源化技術轉化爲珊瑚礁，實現“變廢爲寶”。2021年，力勤資源便在OBI產業園開啓人工珊瑚礁種植項目，利用鎳礦冶煉過程中產生的鎳渣，與其他材料混合製作人工珊瑚礁基質。技術團隊讓這些“工業代謝物”變身爲海洋生態工程師手中的建材，將污染源轉化爲環境修復載體。
社會層面的變革同樣深刻。
一方面，力勤資源通過支持教育發展、資助文化建設及發展體育事業等形式，促進社會和諧發展。比如資助象山縣體育事業、向昆明理工大學捐贈。
另一方面，在出海的過程中，力勤資源同樣注重履行當地社會責任。OBI產業園區內拔地而起的學校、醫療中心、商業區等基礎設施，爲當地人民帶來更加便利的生活條件外，也提高了當地員工的幸福感，爲公司樹立了良好企業形象。這種“建一片園區，興一座城鎮”的模式，讓力勤的ESG實踐超越慈善範疇，成爲驅動區域發展的基礎設施。

當碳中和從政策約束轉化爲市場機制，ESG能力正成爲劃分企業競爭力的新斷層線，其本質是企業能否構建“經濟-社會”的價值共生體。
