富達國際料港息在低位維持一段時間 看好港股獲供需支持
富達國際亞洲固定投資主管朱蕾於富達國際2025年亞太區投資會議預計,香港銀行同業拆息(Hibor)將在目前低位維持一段時間,尤其是前端拆息(一個月拆息),這對抵押貸款以及開發商常見的美元貸款十分重要。至於會維持多長時間,參考過往歷史水平,Hibor應該需要幾個月(3至6個月)的時間來強化流動性。
富達國際基金經理張宇翔表示,從資產配置角度,對新興市場包括香港持建設性看法,因爲宏觀經濟改善、個別公司業績超出預期,特別是在人工智能領域,如阿里(09988.HK)、騰訊(00700.HK)在AI競賽中崛起。此外,與美國Magnificent 7相比,香港和亞洲股市的估值較低,且收益增長支持估值重估。
他提到,港股在供需層面都有支持,更多高質量中國企業選擇在香港上市,提振市場表現。而全球投資者在過去五年減持香港和亞洲股市後,現在需要回補倉位,以尋求增長機會。
