協鑫能科(002015.SZ):控股股東擬協議轉讓5.92%公司股份
格隆匯6月27日丨協鑫能科(002015.SZ)公佈,公司控股股東上海其辰擬通過協議轉讓方式向浙江金證資產管理有限公司(代表“金證得勝1號私募證券投資基金”)轉讓其持有的公司9613萬股股份,佔公司總股本的5.92%。標的股份的轉讓價格爲每股10.17元,轉讓價格總額(稅前)爲9.78億元。本次協議轉讓股份事項不觸及要約收購,不構成關聯交易,不會導致公司控股股東、實際控制人發生變更。
