格隆匯6月26日丨TAI CHEUNG HOLD(00088.HK)公佈年度業績,截至2025年3月31日止年度,公司收 入爲3600萬港元,同比減少70.42%;公司權益持有人應佔溢利 爲6280萬港元,同比減少16.15%,基本每股收益爲0.102港元,擬派末期息每股0.12港仙。
年度溢利的減少主要由於物業銷售額下降和利息收入減少,而部份被按公允價值透過損益記賬之金融投資收益所抵銷。
