合合信息啟動赴港上市 AI技術驅動全球化佈局
6月26日，上海合合信息科技股份有限公司("合合信息"，688615.SH)發佈公吿，正式向香港聯合交易所提交主板上市申請。作為一家全球領先的人工智能產品公司，合合信息始終致力以AI技術創新賦能，向全球億級C端用户及多元化的B端企業提供"真有用、真好用"的產品。
招股書顯示，合合信息此次募資主要用於國際化業務拓展，包括AI前沿基礎技術和產品研發，C端及B端產品全球運營及銷售，把握戰略合作、投資併購機遇，構建全球化人才體系等。
合合信息是少有的同時在C端產品和B端服務均具備規模化收入的原生AI公司，業績期內公司收入與淨利潤高速增長。2022年—2024年，公司收入複合年均增長率超過20%，淨利潤率超過25%，銷售毛利率超過80%。
合合信息已成為全球多模態大模型文本智能技術的領先者，基於"算法、算力、數據"人工智能三大核心要素，建立了"天樞、天璇、天璣"三大底層技術平台。這三大技術平台通過雲服務 API與端側SDK的形式，為公司C端與B端豐富的產品功能、優異的產品性能提供深厚的技術基礎。
作為AGI的基礎設施，全球分佈式算力與存儲平台"天樞"為 200多個國家的數億用户提供高效穩定的AI功能使用體驗；文本智能技術平台"天璇"突破機器在各類複雜場景下的認知邊界，使機器具備類人化的語言文字理解能力；AGI 技術平台"天璣"致力於實現讓機器像人一樣思考。
招股書顯示，赴港上市後，合合信息將繼續深化AI技術研發，持續推動技術創新，不斷趨近AGI目標。公司將聚焦多模態大模型前沿探索與關鍵技術研發、Al Agent 關鍵技術研發、數據全生命週期能力體系與高質量數據底座建設。其次，公司將迭代和擴展全球C端產品矩陣，加速新功能、新地域、新產品的拓展。第三，公司將持續以B端標準化產品擴大全球企業客户覆蓋，深化多場景應用落地。第四，公司將積極把握戰略合作、投資併購機遇。最後，公司將構建全球化人才體系，通過引進和培養全球頂尖人才，為公司持續創新和國際化發展提供堅實的人才基礎。
