格隆匯6月26日丨集一控股(01495.HK)公佈,於2025年6月23日,公司到聯聯交所的件,,其中列以下附附復牌指引,作爲本公司股份在聯交所恢復買賣的復牌指引的一部分:-重新遵守上市規則第8.16條。
聯交所指出,公司於其證券獲準恢復買賣之前,須糾正導致其暫停買賣的事項及全面遵守上市規則下令聯交所信納。就此而言,公司負有主要責任制定公司復牌計劃。聯交所可能於適當時候修改復牌指引及/或發出進一步指引。
