中國旺旺(00151.HK)年度純利增8.6%至43.36億元 末期息每股2.04美仙
格隆匯6月24日丨中國旺旺(00151.HK)公佈，截至2025年3月31日止年度，公司收益爲人民幣235.11億元，同比減少0.3%；毛利爲人民幣 111.89億元，同比增長1.8%；營運利潤爲人民幣58.37億元，同比增長4.1%。公司權益持有人應佔利潤爲人民幣43.36億元，同比增長8.6%，每股基本盈利 人民幣36.71分，派末期股息每股普通股2.04美仙。
2024財年，集團總收益爲235.107億人民幣，較去年同期小幅衰退0.3%。主系休閒食品類中的冰品小類和米果類中的禮包受極端天氣與市場環境影響，收益同比分別衰退低雙位數和高個位數。但集團積極應對市場變化，並在2024財年下半年進行內部組織改造；按產品分設事業部，強化各渠道協同，統籌海內外運營發展。得益於這些舉措，集團2024財年下半年收益與去年同期比恢復低個位數成長，其中乳品及飲料類實現中個位數增長，冰品小類表現亮眼實現超2成恢復性增長。此外，新興渠道如OEM及海外市場持續發力，2024財年收益同比均增長雙位數，仍是集團增長的重要動力。過去5年內推出的新品持續發力，佔2024財年集團總收益比重雙位數，集團創新能力持續提升。
2024財年毛利率較去年同期上升1.0個百分點達47.6%，主系部分大宗原材料及包裝材料單位耗用成本下降，抵消因渠道多元化帶來的產品結構變動使得集團平均單位售價同比略有降低的影響。受益於毛利率提升和整體營業費用(分銷成本與行政費用合計，後文同)控管得宜，同時因2024財年融資成本的減少及所得稅費用率較2023財年同比降低，2024財年本公司權益持有人應佔利潤額同比成長8.6%達到43.356億人民幣，權益持有人應佔利潤率較去年同期上升1.5個百分點達18.4%。集團將持續深化、強化組織的活力和能動性，以提升對市場變化的快速反應能力，並進一步擴大市場份額。同時，積極開發新產品，拓展終端覆蓋範圍，增強消費者的新鮮感與粘性。儘管當前部分大宗原物料成本有所上漲，但憑藉多元化的原材料使用策略，集團會盡力將成本波動的風險降至最低。
