長沙市住房公積金管理委員會在長沙調整住房公積金業務政策,包括放寬貸款條件並提高貸款額度,以支持職工購房需求和促進生育政策。
在放寬貸款條件方面,繳存時間要求從12個月縮短至6個月,取消兩次以上貸款記錄限制。在提高貸款額度方面,二孩家庭首套或二套新房最高額度提高20%,三孩家庭提高30%。同時取消提取次數限制,單身及異地繳存職工均可申請貸款等。(ta/w) ~
