空港股份(600463.SH):擬向控股股東出售所持有的天源建築80%股權
格隆匯6月18日丨空港股份(600463.SH)公佈,公司擬向公司控股股東空港開發出售所持有的天源建築80%股權,本次交易擬採用現金方式。本次交易完成後,公司將不再持有天源建築股權。
通過本次交易,公司將天源建築相關資產負債置出,有利於改善公司資產質量,提升公司可持續經營能力和盈利能力,維護投資者利益。本次交易爲重大資產出售,空港開發擬採用現金方式支付交易對價,不影響公司的股權結構。本次交易如能順利完成,預計將降低公司資產負債率,優化資產結構。
