《新股》人工智能初創MiniMax考慮香港IPO 獲阿里及騰訊投資
《彭博》引述知情人士透露,內地人工智能初創MiniMax正考慮在香港進行首次公開發行(IPO),估值約30億美元,目標最快在今年上市,但相關討論仍在進行中,估值和上市時間等細節可能會有所調整。
據指,MiniMax成立於2021年,去年在一輪融資中籌集6億美元,當時估值約爲25億美元。此輪融資由阿里巴巴(09988.HK)領投,此前騰訊(00700.HK)等公司也參與了融資。
而另一家同樣獲得阿里和騰訊支持的人工智能公司智譜(Zhipu)也在籌備IPO。
