滴滴順風車安全員試運行 全程守護司乘出行安全
夏季來臨，受夜間消費需求增長、天氣變化頻繁等因素影響，夜間行車、酒後乘車、雨天出行等季節性行程安全風險提升。保障出行安全是滴滴順風車業務發展的前提與底線，爲了更好地守護用戶出行安全，滴滴順風車已在部分城市試點順風車在線真人安全員功能。
順風車安全員在原有"安全專家"基礎上進行優化升級，將滴滴安全專家從幕後轉向臺前，以安全AI接力在線真人的方式，全程關注行程安全風險隱患，簡化安全工具使用步驟，使行程安全提醒、安全檢測更精準，進一步提升行程安全守護能力。
本次功能上線後，車主與乘客雙方均可以在滴滴順風車頁面看到並使用順風車安全員功能。

順風車安全員將根據訂單狀態實時觸發並展示對應安全策略，如行程中安全AI模型主動識別這些訂單中可能存在的異常和風險點，包括路線偏移、長時間停留、提前結束訂單等情況，並迅速進行風險評估。基於系統識別出的高風險等級訂單，系統會將本次行程進行標記，推送給安全專家主動介入，快速研判行程風險並進行幹預。

行程中，安全員將提醒車主全程保持滴滴出行App開啓，以保證平臺各項安全功能正常運行，幫助平臺持續獲取行程中的位置信息，當遇到突發情況時，平臺可根據行程位置等有效信息，聯合警方共同保障出行安全。

乘客方面，通過順風車安全員卡片，可清晰瀏覽並使用平臺一鍵求助、行程報備、緊急聯繫人等安全功能。用戶在行程過程中如有安全需求可快速向滴滴安全專家求助，安全專家將會盡快回電。在此也提醒大家，爲避免佔用有限的專線資源，請勿隨意使用。如遇緊急情況，建議及時撥打110報警電話向警方求助。

在實際出行場景中，如訂單被取消，行程中一切安全功能及行程保險都將失效，行程安全與用戶人身財產安全將無法得到有效保障。爲更好守護司乘安全，滴滴順風車持續加強線下交易的治理工作。自2025年1月1日至今，對系統主動識別到的可能存在線下交易風險的情況已通過司乘IM安全提醒超3000萬次，另外通過短信提醒謹防線下交易、切勿泄露個人手機號500多萬次。經平臺覈實後，對主動發起或參與線下交易的違規賬號累計管控超16萬次，其中永久封禁車主超5萬人。
暑期出行高峯即將來臨，滴滴順風車呼籲廣大用戶重視出行安全，切勿線下交易，注意保護個人信息，行程溝通推薦使用訂單內在線聊天工具或虛擬號碼通話功能，避免泄露個人真實手機號，乘車前提前設置緊急聯繫人，並主動將行程分享給親友，乘車時仔細覈對車輛信息，確保實際接駕車主和乘坐車輛與平臺信息一致。
