格隆匯6月16日丨帝奧微(688381.SH)在互動平臺表示，公司始終以市場爲導向、以創新爲驅動，持續推出在性能、功耗、可靠性等方面具有國內或國際領先水平，在價格、品質、技術支持等方面具備較強市場競爭力及良好產業化前景的新一代產品，努力成爲國內乃至國際模擬芯片行業的一流品牌。 公司持續鞏固信號傳輸產品的龍頭地位，推出一系列高速信號中繼器；積極拓展傳感類產品品類，包括角度，開關，電流，速度，3D等多類傳感，廣泛應用於汽車、工業和消費領域中；從目前直流有刷馬達驅動擴展到集成MCU的步進馬達驅動和三相無刷電機控制SOC芯片產品，將拓寬機器人領域的產品種類。同時公司氛圍燈將集成MCU的同時提供光學算法，持續從單燈頭拓展到多燈頭解決方案；以及公司在規模較大的數模混合芯片ASIC的設計方法探索，推進公司矩陣控制器的開發。 公司繼續深化在消費電子、汽車電子、通訊設備等領域的佈局外，還向外拓展了人工智能等多個領域。服務器領域，公司推出的PCIE開關和電平轉換已經拿到國內客戶訂單。公司還推出瞭如國內首款應用於I3C總線的集線器系列產品，針對DIMM模塊管理、多節點存儲系統、智能傳感器網絡等場景提供一站式解決方案；推出覆蓋全接口的服務器信號開關解決方案，構建從PCIE到I2C、USB、SPI、I3C的完整產品體系。公司在光模塊客戶已導入高效率DCDC，模擬開關，電平轉換等多類產品。還針對高速光模塊推出了國內首款高精度大電流負載限流開關DIO76087；5V,1A/3A集成電感的超小尺寸模塊電源DPM6101和DPM6103。同時，1.5A-3A TEC控制器系列DIO8833，DIO8834和DIO8835近期即將推出，助力光模塊實現精準的溫控。此外，光模塊專用模擬前端在開發佈局中，助力高速互聯，提供完整的光模塊模擬解決方案。 公司建立健全投資者關係管理，以加強與投資者之間的良性互動，保護投資者對公司重大事項的知情權、參與權，切實維護全體投資者尤其是中小投資者的利益。公司通過股東會、公司網站、分析師會議、業績說明會、現場參觀、路演、一對一溝通、電話及郵件溝通等方式，多層次、多渠道地開展與投資者的交流，與投資者保持充分、有效的溝通，促進投資者對公司的瞭解和認同，與投資者形成長期、穩定的良性關係。同時，公司高度重視對股東的投資回報，制定了長期穩定的利潤分配政策。自上市以來，公司連續2年派發現金紅利，落實分紅回報，與投資者共享公司發展的成果。截止目前，公司已多次開展回購計劃，用於維穩股價。
