《大行》美銀升新城發展(01030.HK)評級至「買入」 目標價升至3.2元
美銀發表研究報告指,將新城發展(01030.HK)評級由「中性」升至「買入」,並將目標價由2.2元升至3.2元,因見到集團成功由地產商轉型為領先的商場經營者,集團強大的品牌及優秀的營運能力亦促進本地市場整合。另外,集團日前成功發行美元債再融資,可進一步減低集團的流動性風險,令投資者能專注於其基本面價值。
報告提到,集團今年首季租務收入按年升13%,該行料全年將有雙位數升幅,並料盈利於2028/29年度可達30億元人民幣,到時物業發展所致的虧損將逐漸減少。
