南京銀行(601009.SH):2025年綠色金融債券(第一期)(債券通)發行完畢
格隆匯6月16日丨南京銀行(601009.SH)公佈,經中國人民銀行批準,南京銀行股份有限公司於近日在全國銀行間債券市場成功發行“南京銀行股份有限公司2025年綠色金融債券(第一期)(債券通)”(以下簡稱“本期債券”)。
本期債券於2025年6月16日發行完畢,發行總額爲人民幣100億元,爲3年期固定利率債券,票面利率1.69%。
本次債券的募集資金將依據適用法律和監管部門的批準,用於滿足發行人資產負債配置需要,充實資金來源,優化負債期限結構,全部用於《綠色債券支持項目目錄(2021年版)》規定的綠色產業項目。本次債券募集資金擬優先用於以下兩方面:1、符合《多邊可持續金融共同分類目錄》(2024年版)的綠色產業項目;2、傳統產業綠色轉型、清潔能源產業、綠色新興產業等綠色製造業,以推動製造業綠色低碳發展。
