老鳳祥子公司擬投資2億美元 設立香港全資子公司
老鳳祥(600612.SH)公告,控股子公司上海老鳳祥有限公司擬出資,設立全資子公司「老鳳祥香港有限公司」,投資金額為2億美元,出資比例為100%。另外,設立後將導致公司合併報表範圍發生變更,香港子公司成立後將被納入合併報表範圍內。
老鳳祥表示,通過新設老鳳祥香港公司,公司能夠在境外市場形成更加高效、靈活的投資產業鏈,並充分利用香港在貿易便利性和稅收優惠等方面的有利條件,為未來公司及老鳳祥品牌的全球化發展打牢基礎、拓展渠道,持續擴大市場佔有率,助力公司高質量發展。
