有利集團(00406.HK)預期,比較2024年度的淨溢利6,600萬元,截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得淨虧損介乎約1億元至1.3億元。主要由於政府公營房屋建築項目的合約價格負向調整,導致合約價值減少並對集團建築業務的毛利率造成不利影響;香港物業市場下調導致集團商業投資物業的未變現重估虧損;及裝修業務的溢利減少。上述負面影響部分被根據2015年訂立的搬遷補償協議於財政年度內從業主收取的物業實物補償的淨值而產生的溢利增加所抵銷,該協議訂明有關搬遷內地深圳龍華工廠的補償條款。
