煤氣(00003.HK)黃維義:善用AI數據分析和預測可降低人力成本
中華煤氣(00003.HK)常務董事黃維義出席在北京舉行的第29屆世界燃氣大會時表示,預期人工智能(AI)將不會取代人力,但通過善用AI進行數據分析和預測,有助於優化營運流程及降低人力成本,將可更好地滿足客戶的能源需求。
面對能源轉型問題,他期望政府制定合理的政策,避免「一刀切」的監管方式,同時呼籲透過基礎設施互聯降低用能成本,構建長期可持續的燃氣行業生態。他又提到,集團在香港正利用燃氣成分中約含50%氫氣的特性,探索安全、低成本的氫能提取技術及應用場景,持續改善空氣質素。
